1. I tried not to take up the cases against state employees because it is an unpleasant story for our country Switzerland.

The first legal case concerns the Red Cross, which was involved in the colonization of Kosovo.
My grandfather Ali Shala said that the Ferrum company had commissioned and financed the colonization of Kosovo in the background through international organizations (Red Cross). Some employees of the Red Cross enjoy worldwide Immunity. People in Switzerland claim that they are the owner of Ferrum.
Preserving/Conserving means timetravel:
Ferrum has been a preservation/conservation specialist for 100 years. Swiss claim Ferrum can preserve not only food and animals but also people. And they also like to send people on time travel into orbit for years.
People in Switzerland claim Ferrum preserved the Russian kings for almost 100 years. But not only. They also claim Ferrum is the owner of the military complex. They claim they can preserve people by freezing.
By the way: The Red Cross has nothing to do with Christianity or the Church and neither with the Swiss white Cross. It is just a Swiss Company who maybe should be legally sued for different kind of illegal activities.
If I still haven't received compensation in 90 days, then I will give myself immunity.

20160527 Inquiry as to whether a visit from the Federal Council is permitted for an SME
The second legal case concerns the visit of a Federal Councilor who leads a country with a GDP of 800 billion.
Although my company, Baruti AG, is considered one of the 20 largest employers in Kosovo, its turnover in 2016 was around 3 million per year. Strictly speaking, it is like the Federal Council visiting a Swiss hair salon or a wood factory in a mountain village. Even if such a company can be of great importance for the local economy, the pressure it creates is enormous.
We have always been protected in Kosovo thanks to our Swiss passport and the parent company in Switzerland.
The visit from the Federal Council only brought us problems. We were put on the pedestal, even though our company at the time brought us wages of CHF 7,200 per month and less than CHF 50,000 in annual dividends per person.
Assuming no bad intentions are assumed, the question arises as to how such diplomatic ineptitude can be explained.
At that time we were interested in expanding the company and increasing profits. The additional income should then be invested in safe investments in order to create ongoing income. The visit created pressure to give money to the relatives so that they wouldn't look bad in public and we wouldn't be seen as stingy. Nobody works for people who do not support their own relatives. Each of us has numerous relatives who are unemployed and living on the subsistence level. Social pressure increases enormously after a visit from the Federal Council.

20190608 Attempted murder by police during arrest in Durres (Albania)
From June 8th, 2019 to June 12th, 2019 I was in custody in Kavaja (Durres Albania).
I was treated badly from the moment I was arrested.
Despite being notified, the Swiss authorities did not respond.
In 2016, Federal Councilor Guy Parmelin (VBS - Minister of Military Affairs) met Drenushe Shala even though she was in debt.
Can a Federal Councilor visit a person who is in debt?
Violation of the law: denial of justice by the Swiss state.

-I had two girlfriends back then (hence two private smartphones): Rebecca Germund is a multimillionaire. According to her own statement, Jasmine Eberhard Seaifan is also a multimillionaire. I couldn't choose one of them and wanted both women. Because of the event in Albania and the events in Lucerne, I lost both friends. They didn't know about each other and I wanted to take time to choose one or bring both of them together and enjoy our life together (not for religious reasons but for personal preference).

-They provided me with a mandatory lawyer in Albania.
-I had no motive to participate in criminal activity or commit a crime.
-My brother Ylli Shala notified the Swiss embassy in Albania. They told him they couldn't do anything for me. I showed my Swiss passport at the border from Kosovo to Albania, at the hotel in Albania and at the police checkpoint.
-Considering that Guy Parmelin came into contact with the Baruti and Drenushe Shala was regularly at the Swiss Embassy (Kristy Marty Lang), the Swiss Embassy could have organized a lawyer.
-On June 12, 2019 I was released and went to Prishtina. My Tiguan stayed at the police station. The public defender picked him up later.
-On the night of June 12, 2019 to June 13, 2019, I booked a flight to Switzerland and flew to Zurich.

20191030 Legal case against Bucherer's Securitas due to nighttime noise pollution
Securing (surveillance) the apartment at Grendelstrasse 19 would have been very cost-effective for the security authorities.

In mid-2019, few knew that my personality could have a political dimension. The political aspect developed as if by itself because the security authorities harassed me.
For some time it was not clear to me whether the Swiss security authorities wanted to make political capital or whether they wanted to cover up their involvement in Albania.
Strictly speaking, all security between Falkengasse and Schwanenplatz should be members of the Swiss army because the Austrian consulate is opposite my apartment.

-I suspect the Swiss security authorities acted as if they were protecting me from a criminal organization. They probably told the civil authorities that a criminal organization in Kosovo or Albania had bribed the police in Albania to eliminate me.
-In the video evidence, I convict Securitas, who woke me up almost every night, harassed me when I was washing my clothes and generally behaved extremely aggressively.
-My guess: The Swiss state caused the story in Albania (their plan failed because I survived). The Swiss state then wanted to blame the story in Albania on the Albanian state or a criminal organization and protected me here in Lucerne in the eyes of the public, but in the background (apartment and hallway) they exerted enormous pressure so that I could use violence exercise. They then claimed that the story in Albania had traumatized and triggered me.
-Securitas behaved extremely unprofessionally before, during and after the mask requirement.

20200117 Legal case against Urs Langmeier because of death threats
The following person was one of our first customers at Baruti AG. He always told us that he was on vacation in Ukraine, even when there was a war there. If he had a larger company or supplier there, it would make sense to operate there even in times of war.
At that time he insisted that I take the train to Pfäffikon (Canton Schwyz) for a few days. I should also take a suitcase with me so that I can stay with him or in his office (working space) for a few days.
I went there and we talked about business. We also met in my apartment (when I had the high table/high chairs). We also met at the Radisson in Lucerne. Previously we only had contact in Prishtina.
Then he threatened me via WhatsApp. I found this strange because I assume that all domestic and foreign security agencies have access to WhatsApp.
Threatening someone on WhatsApp is like threatening someone in front of a police patrol. And so it was in other cases too. I subsequently asked myself whether the introduction of 5G technology gave Switzerland the opportunity to shield itself from foreign countries. I never knew Switzerland like that before.
If you threaten someone via WhatsApp, then that person must have backing from our security state.
Switzerland owes immunity and compensation.

-My client wanted me to be his marketing employee. He offered me a wage for this. I only work with profit sharing. He said I could invest in his company. The price for the shares was exactly CHF 100,000, the same amount I had in my postal account at the time.

20200509 Legal case against Jürg Stadelmann for reading private messages and threatening my family
This is actually the fourth attempt at intimidation between fall 2019 and spring 2020. A security guard invited me up on the roof terrace to a fight in the forest. But I have no evidence of this.
This is the second threat via WhatsApp after January 2020. How does it work? Why would someone in such a social position dare to send a threat via WhatsApp?

The Swiss Post has already assessed me in Kosovo (Hotel Sirius). I had the impression they were out to catch puppets.
I've been a loner since I was a child and I'm internally conceited that others have nothing to say to me. Hasn't changed to this day. I've never worked for anyone and never will.
Swiss Post wanted to attach a price agreement to me in the summer of 2020. In the same week that my company Baruti AG received a specific customer inquiry from Swiss Post, the financial manager of the Swiss Post call center left her company laptop with me.

-I met Fatlinda Berisha at a party at Patrik Berisha's in June 2019.
-A year later she contacted me after I separated from Jasmine Eberhard Seaifan and Rebecca Germund.
-Fatlinda Berisha left her business laptop in my apartment a month after we met.
-At the same time, Swiss Post sent a cooperation request to my company Baruti.
-Because Fatlinda Berisha is the financial manager for the Swiss Post call center, I have repeatedly demanded that she send me a 'clearing' from her laptop and that she never talk to me about call center prices or the post office call center.

20200629 Strange events
I bought a Surface Laptop in the summer of 2020. I assume the authorities have circulated a second laptop. From then on, a different internet history (with the camera hidden) was probably stored on the other laptop.
My laptop is with the Lucerne police. I wouldn't be surprised if the Lucerne police show the civil authorities the wrong laptop with the wrong internet history. Either they have posted prohibited content on that course or they have posted incorrect communication, giving the impression that the notes are not mine. They always lie.
That's probably why they take so much time to "examine" my electronic devices. They haven't given me my devices back for about 18 months.

-From June 29, 2020, I had the impression several times that I was being treated as if I lived somewhere else.
-On June 29, 2020, I ordered a laptop from Galaxus (subsidiary Migros - military cooperative). The money was debited to Postfinance the following day. They then brought a laptop over and took it with them again. Galaxus has sent an order confirmation. In the input field on Galaxus, however, an order that had not been placed was stored. In other words, Galaxus recorded a successful delivery on the one hand and an order that never took place on the other. The input field was set to 'returned' until August 24, 2021. The money was already debited from Galaxus on June 30, 2020. I received the CHF 2,855 back on August 26, 2021.
-This gave them the opportunity, depending on their success (forced move to another apartment), to claim that I had bought the laptop from Galaxus or not.
-If you cover the camera on a laptop (as I have been doing for years. People like the founders of Facebook also do this). Then you can play old audio recordings and then it says I live in that apartment. Many events make no sense otherwise. Example: As long as I went to class at HSLU (took place once at the end of each month), a moving company always came near my apartment.
-I then bought a laptop directly from Migros on July 16, 2020.

I was supposed to be under police surveillance since July 22, 2020. So the question is how did the other 90 legal cases happen after that?

20201105 Legal case against Mobiliar for unfair termination and return of car in poor condition
For those reviewing these legal cases for the first time, it may be premature. Nevertheless: It seems as if this has a systematic character in Switzerland. The processes appear to be too coordinated to suspect non-state or private actors behind them.
I think this is the reason why the population doesn't attack me. At the beginning (summer 2019) the population in the canton of Lucerne gave me a warm welcome, just like when I went to high school in Lucerne at the age of 16.
Security forces (secret service and the like) then attacked me and aroused distrust of me among the population. After that, the population also took part.
In summary: When all legal cases are through, I will be able to file a lawsuit against our state, in which I can sue the state for hate speech against me, my family, friends and acquaintances.

-The Mobiliar claimed I had called outside opening hours and triggered an emergency call. I called on a Monday (October 19, 2020) during business hours.
-They did not inform me which company would pick up the car in Peja. The car was picked up a year earlier by my father from the public defender in Tirana. A storm damaged the windshield and the body of the Tiguan LU251123.
-My car was transported to Switzerland about 1 week after I called. It took about 3 weeks for my car to be returned.
-During this time I was not sufficiently informed about the whereabouts and return date of my vehicle.
-We had to wear a mask here.
-Mobiliar canceled the car insurance the day before my car was delivered to the Blaser garage. I didn't receive the notice until the end of the month.
-The Mobiliar returned my car to me in poor condition on November 12, 2020. I had to go to AMAG in Bern as an emergency because my car battery was smoking. I received the car the day before late in the afternoon. AMAG Bern found: There was no oil and the rear windshield wiper was missing.
-I was in contact with Mobiliar about this case until December 13, 2020. When asked by telephone on December 4th, 2020, we received an extremely unprofessional response from Mobiliar.
-In summary, Mobiliar exchanged over 100 emails with me to get my damaged vehicle from Kosovo to Switzerland and repaired by Garage Blaser. Nevertheless, the car was not even repaired.

20201117 Legal case against Flury Parkhaus Altstadt Lucerne gives me parking card without a contract
In terms of safety, I thought about the following:
Assuming a company issues a Badge to an employee without a contract, the problem is as follows:
The person with Badge can enter the company and cannot be identified if a mask is required. If for some reason that person is under investigation, the company doesn't even have fingerprints or a signature.
Accordingly, it is not only questionable but also highly punishable for a parking garage employee to hand out a parking ticket without a contract.
Aside from that:
1. The parking employee does not know who he gave the parking card to. (even without a mask requirement)
2. If I lose the parking card, I am not entitled to get a new one. Damaged or lost goods will not be replaced without a guarantee certificate or receipt.
3. It's not even clear whether the parking ticket is in my name and my license plate.
Strictly speaking, each parking card would have to have a unique identification number and this identification number would have to be noted in the contract.
In the background: The authorities were obliged to keep me under surveillance at the time. They knew exactly that the spare key to my car was with my business partner in Prishtina, who only sent me dubious messages. I then asked for new car keys so that my old car key and the one in Prishtina no longer worked.
My company is PCI:DSS and 27001 certified.

20201201 Inquiry Why the whole thing if self-monitored and published in real time later on.
At the end of 2020, I became aware that our Swiss state wanted to frame me.
I had the impression that they were each going to my apartment. I was also afraid that they would do something to my girlfriend at the time or an ex-girlfriend and then put her in my apartment. I was also afraid they would steal identification documents or something similar.
For this reason I bought three Bascom cameras and recorder storage devices. As of 2021, I have connected my cameras to the recorder via my WiFi. This would mean that the state would at least have access to my video data via Swisscom. At first the voice recordings from the Bascom camera still worked. Afterwards, the voice function was no longer available on the Bascom camera.
In 2022, I had the video recordings from the Bascom cameras automatically published on Google Drive at regular intervals.
From the beginning of 2021, the security authorities knew exactly what I was doing in my apartment and who I was meeting. On February 1st, 2023, the Nidwalden police confiscated the recorder storage device from the Bascom cameras.

20201216 Pascal Muff Tax office does not investigate self-disclosure without penalty
Property rights are the cornerstone of all democratic, market-economy social systems.

At the end of 2020, Muhamet Veliu wanted to dispossess me when I asked too many questions about the finances. I then suspected tax evasion by Muhamet Veliu. I have notified the Lucerne tax office. I have the impression my company is run by someone else. I have the impression that things go something like this in Switzerland:
1. The company Sitecube from Brienz is affiliated with Federal Bern. Bern gives them the task of shadowing the owners of the Baruti and finding blackmail material so that we make decisions in the interests of Switzerland (The SVP at the time was relatively anti-foreign and anti-people. From 2019 to 2023, the Swiss security authorities behaved as if there were no tomorrow.
Fatlinda Berisha's digital identity was constantly changing. One time, her LinkedIn profile on Google was redirected to someone else.
I increasingly had the impression that her behavior was controlled by the state. I had the same impression about Jasmine Eberhard Seaifan after she had an accident when her grandfather died in December 2018.

There I saw she wanted to make false statements. She apologized and said she wouldn't report me. So, as a sign of trust, I asked her to stay with me until the stains were gone. I was afraid she would still file a complaint against me in Bern.
-When I gained her trust, I secretly recorded her and convinced her that she was trying to sue me for domestic violence with false statements. I said some funny things so that she wouldn't suspect that I was secretly recording her.
-If I hadn't done this, I would probably be in prison.

At the beginning of 2023, I contacted the Lucerne Commercial Register Office by telephone. I still have the impression that the answer is a quibble. He said the distinction between partial and full revision was crucial.
We talked about OR Article 728. Article 728 can be divided into principles and detailed regulations.

Due to the audit, Muhamet Veliu became a significant shareholder. So Christoph Kalbermatten is not allowed to carry out an audit because Muhamet Veliu fulfills both conditions: decision-making function and significant shareholder.

20210629 Case against HSLU Christoph Lengwiler because of wrong student card
I was at ETH Zurich in the fall semester of 2018 because I was looking for a career change. I wanted to become an entrepreneur in the IT sector.
In the spring semester of 2020, I started a new attempt at the HSLU Lucerne and registered for the Bachelor in Artificial Intelligence. If I remember correctly, I received an email from the HSLU informing me that the Federal Council was attending the opening. Maybe it was just a throwback that the Federal Council once took part in an opening. I only saw the post briefly and then decided not to go to the lectures.
The HSLU wanted to send me an invoice for CHF 30,000 for dropping out of my studies. Something like that is absolutely not permitted. In other words: The HSLU wanted to force me to go to the lecture hall.
In 2021 I decided to take the CAS Board of Directors course because I wanted to work as a board member in Swiss companies.
At every lecture they tried to pin something on me or try to trigger me. Because I didn't receive a student card at first, I felt unsafe. How should one know from the outside (through the media) why I go to HSLU? This requires a registration confirmation or a student card that can be published. Otherwise you are violating data protection laws.
They then gave me a fake student card, which declared me to be a bachelor's student in Artificial Intelligence.
On August 26th, 2021, Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard gave a lecture at Ferrum for our CAS Board of Directors course participants. From here on I won't be going to the lectures anymore. According to PMT, they could have easily arrested me if I had gone near them. In addition, masks were required at that time.

When we probably bought out Peter Waldburger's shares in 2014, Muhamet Veliu wanted a little more shares so that we as a couple (Drenusha and I) could not form a majority. If there are differences of opinion, either Drena and Muhamet should come to 67% or me and Muhamet should come to 67%.
With 67% shares you have an absolute majority of 2/3.
Actually, 1% shareholding should have been divided equally between the three of us back in 2016. But he didn't want to do it and we agreed because otherwise it always requires a unanimous decision.
For this reason: Muhamet Veliu and Drenusha Shala was obliged in 2021 to inform me about the sale of the 33% shares of Drenusha Shala to Muhamet Veliu.

In Switzerland there was a change from the 11-digit to the 13-digit AHV number in 2017. Before 2007 I had two 11-digit AHV numbers which ran in parallel.

I was afraid the authorities would arrest me in Lucerne on the grounds that I had committed a hit-and-run after an accident. For this reason, I listened to my intuition on the way and asked Mobiliar to confirm that my damaged vehicle was not an accident (with a possible hit-and-run), but a simple transport request from abroad to Switzerland.
That wasn't the first nor the last time that I had the impression:
-Times and dates are changed in emails and letters
-My laptop is being manipulated directly
-My car in the garage was used to frame me for a hit-and-run in Switzerland
In my opinion, this is the most benign case of backdated documents that I have encountered during this period (2020-2023). Accordingly, the evidence is rather insufficient. To solve most legal cases, the police would have to work with the public and publish the evidence.
For example, when I was with Jasmine Eberhard Seaifan in March 2024, the police were able to prove to me things that I had not said over a telephone conversation and which would not have been possible without camera surveillance. In this sense, if requested by civil society, the Lucerne Police should be able to carefully investigate and provide evidence of each individual legal case. This also applies to events and legal cases for which I have no evidence.

So the murder attempt by the police against me in Albania never happened according to protocol. I had the impression that they wanted to frame me for drug trafficking or escaping from the Albanian prison.
-When the vehicle arrived in Switzerland about a week later, they did not inform me for two or three weeks that the vehicle had arrived in Switzerland. The only evidence I had about my vehicle at the time was in my email folder on gmx. Which is why I later decided to publish every document.

20210924 Threatening with matches and gasoline
This legal case concerns the following situation. I contacted lawyers in the fall of 2021 and at that time I still had money to afford a lawyer. At that time I had not published any legal case. The Swiss state could have solved everything without going public.
The Swiss state failed to take advantage of this opportunity several times. That's why I will continue to publish every legal case. The government owes me money.
After contacting lawyers by email and telephone in the fall of 2021, I received a death threat from two men between the ages of 30 and 40 on the street in the middle of Lucerne's old town. They threatened to burn me with gasoline. After that, the authorities put gasoline cans in my way a few times.

Im Februar 2022 habe ich eine Klage wegen Menschenrechtsverletzungen beim Kantonsgericht Luzern eingereicht. Die Online Applikation funktionierte nicht. Weil ich unter Beobachtung stand, hätte die Polizei kurz anrufen sollen:
"Guten Tag Herr Shala, uns ist bewusst, dass Sie eine Klage einreichen wollen, wir werden dem Kantonsgericht melden, die Applikation funktioniert nicht." Das haben sie aber nicht getan. Im Gegenteil: Das Kantonsgericht hat nicht einmal meine Klage angenommen, als ich diese per Post zugestellt habe.
Die Polizei meinte jeweils ich solle auf die Kaserne um die Anklage einzureichen, als ich das getan habe, wollten die Polizisten meine Klage nicht annehmen. Schlussendlich spielt es gar keine Rolle: Die Klagen sind online überall sichtbar. Würde die Polizei untersuchen wollen, so hätte sie bereits das gesamte Material.
Sie versuchten im 2022 und Anfang 2023 Formfehler geltend machen. Angesichts der Anzahl und schwere dieser Delikte ist das lächerlich.
Übrigens: Bei mir gab es keinen Grund um mich zu beobachten. Aber der Staat hat die Geschichte in Albanien Juni 2019 als Vorwand genommen um so zu tun als müsste man mich unter Beobachtung setzen.

There are some cases which I cannot prove. However, as of summer 2019, I have reason to believe that our state authorities are behind these events.
I think the best way for the state is:
1. Classification of these legal cases as Top Secret.
2. I receive immunity and damages.
3. Police can then invite the public to the police station and show what really happened in the background. In this way, the population can form commissions to ensure that the population no longer has to experience such abuse.

20220830 Legal case against dog owner attack dog attack at Villa Schweizerhof
At this point I had already had over 50 legal cases. I assume that someone told these two women an untruth about me or gave them money to attack me with a fighting dog on the main promenade in Lucerne.
This wasn't the first situation of this kind:
1. Between Interlaken and Iseltwald a man set three dogs on me in 2019. The one dog almost bit me on the face.
2. At the Wagner Museum, a dog came close to my face in 2022. There was a couple walking there. The dog wanted to attack me.
3. It was probably not a dog attack in Hospental but just a sniff.
4. In the old town of Lucerne, a man walked straight towards me from a side street with his dog on a leash. I was surprised: Feeling surprised can make a dog feel threatened. The man led the dog straight to my genitals. I usually place my left guide hand in front of my genitals. Reflexively. If I had put my hand in front at that moment, the dog might have bitten me.
5. There was another similar story on New Year's Eve. But I started filming the video too late. Which is why it's not real evidence.

If I had recorded everything, I would have recorded something every day for about two years (2021, 2022). If the police were to do clean police work, then over 300 would have accumulated against the state from July 2020 to the end of May 2024. That's probably why the Lucerne police don't arrest me. The Swiss federal government can no longer say anything to the Lucerne police. Because the Lucerne police have also committed a criminal offense against me, they cannot arrest me.

The rule of law means abiding by the law.
The law says: If a citizen is in danger, then that citizen must be protected. Another case of non-compliance with security measures by the Swiss security authorities.

20221029 Why the wrong location on the latest iPhone in 2022
I suspect the Swiss security authorities have changed my location via Swisscom. This happened in 2020-2022 with the aim of not addressing the legal cases. For me, right from the start, after my return from Albania in the summer of 2019, it became clear to me why the Swiss state was targeting me. I still suspect to this day that the Swiss state is also behind the legal case in the summer of 2019.
At the beginning, certain circles (groups) within the Swiss state were probably behind the incident in Albania. As I collected more and more evidence over time and a larger accumulation of legal cases arose, the Swiss state itself probably tried to cover up the whole thing.

In my opinion, I acted in compliance with the legal principle of proportionality and am therefore not aware of any guilt. I will continue to adhere to Swiss law as best as I can. I don't trust our security authorities or our state, but I continue to hope that good people in the security state will simply do their police work and ensure that if investigations are or have been initiated, I will be informed by email about the outcome of the investigation. Nothing stands in the way of starting investigations as these are cases relevant to criminal law.
At the same time, I fear that the security authorities will be tempted to harm me if I am arrested. That's why I would refrain from making an arrest. Furthermore, it is not necessary and ultimately the security authorities should be held even more responsible than is already the case.
In Hellbühl everything is pretty transparent. So monitoring shouldn't be a problem.

I had the impression that PostFinance had the following intention.

I also saved my backups to USB every time and brought them to Hellbühl. I didn't want these legal cases to go public. I wanted to find a lawyer who would pursue these legal cases.

At the end of March 2023, I was afraid that they wanted to frame me in Lucerne. Furthermore, I no longer had any money in the account. That's why I wanted to go to Kosovo to get my money. Because the parent company in Switzerland doesn't want to pay me my money. The Swiss authorities have clearly told me that I am not allowed to leave Switzerland with my Tiguan. Back then I simply drove across the border. They didn't follow the rules. I drove via Albania. I was then stopped there because of a serious incident from the summer of 2019. The Swiss authorities did not even investigate the legal case from the summer of 2019 in Albania, even though I clearly reported this to the authorities.
I was in Albanian prison for 11 months from April 2023 to February 2024. The way I was treated by the authorities there is abhorrent.
I have been back in Switzerland since March 2024. The Swiss government has still not reported to me whether these legal cases are being addressed.
I am already aware of how society works. In any case, a person somewhere "must" claim: "We've been paying attention to him all this time." In reality, I constantly played such interest groups off against each other until I collected my legal cases in a way that I could convincingly present them to the public. It is possible that certain interest groups simply allowed themselves to be taken advantage of. Still, it doesn't change the fact that I'm not a member of any authority.

This triggered an emergency brake. Then another police car arrived: an old police van. The police held me down and one of them tried to break my neck. I tried to break the handcuffs to defend myself. This stabilized my back muscles. They probably wanted to put it on record that my neck broke during the emergency stop. If I had broken the law and been caught, they would have simply taken me to the police station and taken me to court.
-My ankles were very swollen. From a forensic perspective, there can only be two explanations for this: either police officers tried to break my ankles (highly punishable) or they tied my feet with cables to break my neck.
-I have been training my body regularly since I was 16 years old. The Swiss state knows very well that I am not part of any security forces. The Swiss state or higher government officials took advantage of the situation.
-After my return from Albania via Kosovo (June 13, 2019) I noticed two people at Lake Sempach. They looked like undercover military police or military intelligence. From there everything got worse. I tried not to let on because otherwise they would have claimed that the case in Albania had traumatized me. The situation became more and more unpleasant, which is why I started collecting video evidence at the end of 2020.
-They did not stop for a year after the incident (Summer 2019-Summer 2020). Then they behaved even more criminally when they realized that I had had enough of it and was making videos (Summer 2020 - Summer 2021). Then they became even more unpleasant when I published the legal cases in March 2022 and defended myself with 24 hours of audio and video recordings (Summer 2022 to March 2023). They didn't even leave me alone in Albanian prison or after my return on March 4th, 2024.
-Now I want the Swiss state to end up in court for this. I want compensation and nothing else from the Swiss state or other institutions and organizations at home or abroad.
I also don't want the UN, Interpol, EMRG or other media stories that no one believes. These are human rights violations by the Swiss state or Swiss state employees.
-Before I published everything, Swiss government officials placed broken glass in my path wherever I went. I even found broken glass twice in my Tiguang. As of 2019, Switzerland felt unusual.
I grew up here in Lucerne. I lived in Geneva, Lausanne and St. Gallen. I worked in Zurich for some time.
I have always loved Switzerland and the people liked me. Conversely, I also like the Swiss population.
From the summer of 2019 onwards, everything felt like I didn't exist. As if my physical existence no longer corresponds to my legal identity (passport, ID) and my digital identity.
The state demanded things from me that I apparently don't have to comply with. Like I was an outlaw (sans paper) from 2019 to today. Although I had contact with the police, authorities and the federal government during this time. I also traveled across several borders in my car in 2023 and 2024 and identified myself with my Swiss passport X2131424.
When I demand something from the state, it is not responded to. So either I'm an outlaw, or state officials are massively abusing state power against me. When a state falls, you notice it. The Swiss state has definitely not fallen. I have the impression that the state is stronger than ever before.
When I had money, the lawyers didn't want to take my legal cases. As soon as a lawyer found out more about my legal cases, they either withdrew or they really wanted to meet with me at their place. A meeting at my place or at a neutral location was out of the question for the lawyers.

20230125 Publications due to state arbitrariness - Police service of complaint and seizure despite surveillance since 20190613
On January 25, 2023, I received notification of the Lucerne District Court's decision from the Lucerne police. The decision was apparently made on December 13, 2022. Because I also received backdated letters in other matters, I suspect that the canton of Lucerne wanted to get ahead of me with this penalty order so that my complaints against various state employees would not be addressed.
Various places told me the following:
Shares are only recorded in the share register. According to those state authorities, you can be a shareholder and still not be recorded in the commercial register. To this day I cannot imagine that this statement is true. In my opinion: A shareholder must also be noted accordingly in the commercial register.
I'm not from Finma. I am a normal citizen.
The Lucerne tax office owes me just because of the expropriation:
-around CHF 300,000 dividend per year and
-CHF 14,400 monthly salary compensation: CHF 172,800 per year.
For life, of course. After all, I could have invested this money in the meantime and made more profits.
In total, the Lucerne tax office owes me around CHF 472,800 a year in financial compensation because I was de facto expropriated. Because I lost my seat as a member of the board of directors at Baruti AG, I can no longer hire myself as a manager: hence the loss of wages.
This is the financial compensation that the state owes me just because of this one legal case.
The apartment on Grendelstrasse will remain my apartment until further notice. The tax office in Lucerne or Federal Bern should cover the rental costs in the meantime.

The public prosecutor Alexandre Vonwil knows:

20230330 Denial of rights implicitly by the Swiss embassy
1. On June 8, 2019, the Swiss embassy said to my brother Ylli Shala "We can't do anything for him."
-Switzerland is home to 200 international organizations.
-Switzerland then caused 100 legal cases against me.
-So the Swiss state is behind the incident in Albania.
2. During my prison stay in Shkoder (Reç) from March 30, 2023 to March 4, 2024, I had the impression that my family members and the lawyers were being pressured to portray me as a Kosovar. I would like to sign today that the Swiss state has done everything it can to put my Kosovar identity as the first identity in order to illegally "deport" me and these legal problems.
3. My father Skender Shala has dispossessed me about 3 times since 2010. I have nothing other than the subsidiary of Baruti AG Switzerland in Kosovo. I have no land and no house there. I haven't had any contact with my relatives for years. Apart from that, my Swiss identity is my first identity. The Swiss state will have to deal with these legal cases.
4. The Swiss state never contacted me once during my time in prison. They only sent me a report to the prison shortly before my release. This could have been a motive for suicide.
5. The Swiss security authorities knew exactly how precarious the situation in the Albanian prison was. Finally, I also reported many details to my mother Kumrije Kamberaj Shala over the phone. It is clear that the Swiss security authorities were listening in. Whenever I reported something to my mother over the phone, it only got worse.
6. These legal cases are homemade: Made in Switzerland. Anyone who can't imagine this from Switzerland. I've already said it in my recordings: Just listen to the interviews of people like Ueli Maurer and Christoph Blocher. Then you know how Switzerland got into this predicament.
On June 8, 2019, a police officer without an identification number stopped me in Durres.
-Two months earlier, the Albanian airport was raided by fake police officers.
-Two years earlier, a relative was murdered by fake police officers in Albania. (This person is only related to me in that his ancestors - perhaps 5 generations earlier - emigrated from Kosovo to Albania. So a relative with whom I never had contact).
-For me, as a person who earns 10 times the Albanian annual salary per month, this means that I have to be careful and also have to be careful of police officers in Albania. So that means: No identification number = no police officer.

Because they seemed dubious, I drove away towards Tirana (I wanted to go to the Swiss embassy). There was a police cruiser on the way who didn't stop me. For this reason I believed that the previous people were not real police officers but wanted to demand money on their own behalf. On the way there I changed my mind and wanted to go to Kosovo (protection by my company). Another police cruiser stopped me in Vore. I made them an offer to escort me to the Swiss embassy. I was then violently arrested and transported to the police station in Kavaja. The police officer with identification number G22386 (maybe) was very violent towards me. A few hours later the first police patrol from Kavaja picked me up in Vore. On the way from Vore to Kavaja they threatened me that they would throw me into a pit. That's why I destroyed the police car back then. I came to court in Kavaja on June 12, 2019. This court no longer exists.
-At the end of 2021 I was sentenced in absentia by the court in Albania to a prison sentence of 2 years. I have lived continuously in Switzerland in Lucerne since June 13, 2019. When I was driving towards Kosovo on March 29, 2023, the border police stopped me in Ulqin-Muriqan and informed me that I had been wanted for 2 years because I had to serve a 2-year prison sentence. They first transported me (the police officer who held my feet with the car cables from my Tiguan on June 8th, 2019) to Kavaja and then from there to Reç prison in Shkoder on April 3rd, 2023.
-My lawyer said it was worth going to court and admitting guilt in order to get a prison sentence reduced by a third of the total sentence. But I never once admitted guilt in court for disobeying and resisting the police.
-I came to court for the first time on July 17, 2023. Only the plaintiff's lawyer was present. The plaintiff, police officer Festim Karriqe, was not present at a single court hearing. Lawyer Ismet Lushaj stood by my side. I was transported from Reç Prison to Tirana to Prison 313 and from there to Durres Prison for each trial. The court date was postponed.
-On July 28th, 2023 I came to court in Durres again. This time both lawyers Anjeza Rusi and Ismet Lushaj were present. The plaintiff, police officer Festim Karriqe, was not present. Immediately afterwards the judge changed his mind. They made me sit in the dock and other defendants who were in the police van with me on the same day came into the courtroom and sat next to me in the dock. I told the police that I had nothing to do with these people and did not want to sit there with them during their court appearance.
-On September 28th, 2023 I was back in Durres at the courthouse. Instead of coming to court, I was sent through a back door to the judge's room. The curtains were open so that you could see in from outside. I was not allowed to have a private conversation with my lawyers.
-On October 5th, 2023 I was in court again. This time I was sitting in the dock while another trial was taking place. A Mahmoud from Egypt and a younger woman had a trial. They looked like Jasmine Eberhard Seaifan and her father Nawar Mahmoud Seaifan. Later in Prison 313 I was in a room with another person named Mahmoud Sherif. Then came my court case. Here I signed a document for the abbreviated procedure.
-On October 12th, 2023 I was in court again in Durres. The abbreviated procedure was accepted and the sentence of 24 months was reduced to 16 months. Because the prison sentence was expected to be 1.5 days until the final verdict was announced on January 11, 2024, I effectively had to serve 11 months and 4 days. I was released on March 4th, 2024.
-The court dates were an imposition. Prison inmates were driven past various prisons over several hours from Reç Shkoder (north) and then transported to 313 in Tirana. From there we went partly via a detour in the south (Rrogozhine) to Durres. The police vans were designed for 6 people. Sometimes up to 11 people were in these police vans for several hours.

When I was released on March 4th, 2024 after 11 months in prison in Albania, I came back to Switzerland. I received a picture on WhatsApp from my high school class friends: Apparently someone logged out of the WhatsApp group on my behalf when I was in prison in Albania.
1. On February 1st, 2023, the Nidwalden police confiscated my smartphones. They said my devices would go to specialists in the canton of Zug.
2. On March 30, 2023 I was sent to Reç Shkoder prison in Albania because of an incident from the summer of 2019.
3. My devices were later sent to the Lucerne public prosecutor's office (April 19, 2023).
4. My father, who lives in Kosovo, visited me in prison in Reç Shkoder on June 1st, 2023 and gave me two books.
5. I found out afterwards that someone logged me out of my WhatsApp chat for the high school class on June 2nd, 2023.
I think the Lucerne police wanted to report to Albania that my father smuggled a smartphone into prison using these books. For this I would be kept in prison for an extra year. Every day has already been too long in this prison.

At that time, the smartphone was being examined by the Lucerne public prosecutor. The iPhone was confiscated by the Nidwalden police on February 1st, 2023 and was handed over to the Lucerne public prosecutor's office on April 19th, 2023. -As soon as I found out about this, I created a post on June 1st, 2024 on Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram.
